It's used only to design and program your badge. We don't share it with anyone else, and it's not used for anything beyond producing your order.

How long does it take to receive my badge?

Most orders are designed, printed, and shipped within a week of us receiving your details.

Does it work with any phone?

Yes — it works with any NFC-enabled smartphone (which covers the vast majority of phones made in the last several years). No app required.

Can I change the design after I order?

Reach out before we print and we're happy to make adjustments. Once printed, changes require a new order.

What if the badge reel breaks or the NFC stops working?

We replace defective hardware free of charge within 90 days. Just send a photo and we'll ship a new one.

Can the badge link to something other than Google reviews?
